Chail Wildlife Sanctuary

Previously a hunters' reserve for the royal residing in Chail, this area was declared a wildlife sanctuary by the Government in the year 1976. This sanctuary has a myriad species of birds and animals.

Chail Weather

Chail Palace

Chail is a hill station in Himachal Pradesh, India. It is 44 kilometres (27 mi) from Shimla and 45 kilometres (28 mi) from Solan & 2Km from Deventure Hotel chail. The Chail Palace is well known for its architecture: the palace was built as summer retreat by the Maharaja of Patiala during the British Raj, on the land allotted to him by the British for former's assistance in the Anglo-Nepalese War.

Cricket ground

Chail Cricket Ground is a cricket ground located in Chail, Himachal Pradesh. The ground was established in 1893 but Bhupinder Singh Maharaja of Patiala who made Chail as his summer capital that time the ground was developed. The ground located at 2444 meters above sea level that make highest cricket ground in the world. The ground is surrounded by forest and is used as the school playground by Chail Military School. During school vacations it is also used for Polo. There is a well maintained Basketball court as well as there are goal posts for football
